Description
My name is Kulwinder B, and I am a compassionate and experienced home carer. As a female carer, I have had the privilege of working with individuals requiring various levels of care. I am skilled in providing Live-in, Hourly, and Overnight care, making sure that my clients receive the support they need at any time.
Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in caring for individuals with diverse needs such as Mild Cognitive Impairment, Parkinson's Disease, Anxiety, Depression, and being bedbound. I am well-versed in assisting with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and catheter care. Furthermore, I understand the importance of companionship and aim to provide emotional support to my clients, ensuring their emotional well-being.
In my spare time, I engage in hobbies that cultivate my creativity and keep me mentally stimulated. I enjoy painting, walking, dancing, playing card games, as well as cooking and baking. These activities not only bring me joy but also enable me to connect with my clients on a personal level.
Although I do not currently have a car, I am a licensed driver, ensuring that transportation will never be an issue. I am open to providing care for clients who have pets, with preferences for cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, and birds.

I have worked alongside Kully for more than 10 years. I have always found her to be polite, courteous and excellent with patient care. She will always go out of her way to ensure that her job is done thoroughly. Many of the patients that we look after have a high level of dependency. Kully is very good at assessing their needs and ensuring that they are met. This includes monitoring patients with regular observations, administering pressure relief using appropriate equipment, providing diabetic care by carefully monitoring blood sugars and documenting patients input (e.g diet and fluids) and output (e.g catheters). This list is not exhaustive as there are many tasks associated with patient care. I find that Kully is great at showing initiative and working as a team player to get her job done. She is also excellent at working alone and takes great pride in her work. For instance when completing appropriate paperwork for patients. She will always ensure this is completed accurately and succinctly. It is always a genuine pleasure to work with Kully. She builds such a good rapport with colleagues and patients alike. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kully.
